If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

• To start a return, please email us at info@shopsolove.com with your order number.

• Once your return is approved, you may ship the item back using your preferred carrier.
  (Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.)

• After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
