RETURNS POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to request a return for exchange or store credit (requirements must be met), please follow the guideline below.
Please send us an email to - info@shopsolove.com- with your order number, the style number of the item/s you wish to return, how many pieces & the reason for the return.
If it is a nondamaged return, you will have to ship the merchandise back to us at your own expense for a Store Credit ONLY. Nondamaged Returns will have a 20% restocking fee applied to the store credit.
If you would like to return merchandise, please email info@shopsolove.com to get return authorization, DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization this will result in a 25% restocking fee.
Returns without original packaging will result in a 25% restocking fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for non-damaged returns, including customs and duties for international returns.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of when we receive your return package.
Returns are compensated with Store Credit only. NO REFUNDS.
Exchanges/Replacements are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.
Could I return merchandise in your store location?
Of course! You are welcome to return eligible products to our showroom, you will receive a store credit for the return that could be applied to a store purchase.
If you want to exchange in the store, a store credit will be created and used for the exchange.
The following are not eligible for Returns:
Merchandise received after 30 days of the original shipment date
SALE items are final sale & will not be eligible for credit or returns.
Merchandise that has been sold to your final consumer, will not be eligible for returns or credit.
Solove reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice.
